Dr. Victor M. Ayeye
Founder & Chairman, King’s Care Universal Schools
Dr. Victor Ayeye is the visionary founder and driving force behind King’s Care Universal Schools. A fellow of multiple professional bodies and a qualified educationist, he brings over two decades of leadership in education, business, and estate management to the institution he built. As a pastor and mentor, he is deeply committed to shaping not just the academic outcomes but the character of every scholar who passes through King’s Care.
Mrs. Olubunmi Damilola Ayeye
Co-Founder & Proprietress, King’s Care Universal Schools
Qualifications: MEd (Educational Administration), Adekunle Ajasin University | Certified: Early Childhood Education & Special Needs Education (UK) | MTRCN
Olubunmi Ayeye is the heart of King’s Care — a dedicated educationist whose passion for children and deep expertise in early childhood development have shaped the school’s nurturing identity from its founding. As Co-Founder and Proprietress, she provides hands-on leadership in curriculum philosophy, staff development, and the pastoral care that makes every family feel genuinely welcomed at King’s Care.
Gift Ololade Ayeye, B.NSc, RN, RM, RPHN
Qualifications: B.NSc (Nursing), Babcock University | Registered Nurse, Midwife & Public Health Nurse
Gift Ayeye is a qualified nursing professional with clinical experience across leading Nigerian hospitals. As the school’s Healthcare and Safety Adviser, she oversees King’s Care’s health and safety policies, ensuring the school environment meets the highest standards of physical welfare for every student. Her presence on the board reflects the school’s commitment to the holistic well-being of every child.
Goodness Omobolade Ayeye, LLB
Qualifications: LLB First Class Honours, University of Birmingham, UK | BL, Nigerian Law School (in view)
Goodness Ayeye brings a sharp legal mind and an international perspective to the King’s Care Governing Board. A First Class Law graduate of the University of Birmingham, she serves as the school’s Legal Adviser — providing governance oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and bridging the gap between the founding generation’s vision and the expectations of a new generation of scholars and parents.

Mr. Kayode T. Lawal
Vice Principal
Qualifications: B.Eng (Chemical Engineering), Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria | PGDE
Mr. Kayode Lawal is a charismatic educator and pragmatic school leader with over a decade of experience in secondary education across Nigeria. As Vice Principal, he oversees the daily academic and administrative operations of King’s Care — coordinating staff, maintaining discipline, and ensuring every scholar is on a trajectory toward their best outcome. His engineering background brings an analytical rigor to his approach to education that students and staff alike have come to respect.
Mrs. Victoria Anu Oyeniran
Qualifications: MA Linguistics, University of Ibadan | PGDE | MTRCN
Mrs. Victoria Oyeniran is a Linguistics specialist and experienced academic leader who leads the College division of King’s Care with a sharp focus on academic excellence and holistic student development. A graduate of the University of Ibadan, she brings rigorous academic standards, strong examination coordination experience, and genuine investment in every College scholar’s progress to her role as Head of College.
Mr. Cobham Prince Asibong
Qualifications: B.Sc(Ed) Mathematics Education, University of Abuja | M.Ed (Educational Administration) | MTRCN
Mr. Prince Asibong is a passionate educator and mathematics specialist with a unique combination of scientific knowledge, mathematical expertise, and deep practical experience in primary school leadership. As Head of Primary, he drives academic standards, coordinates staff development, and brings an infectious energy to learning that his scholars and colleagues consistently recognize. A safeguarding-certified educator with NECO examining experience, he is as rigorous about results as he is about the joy of learning.
Mr. Oladipo Joseph Oluwatayo
Qualifications: MFE (Financial Economics), University of Abuja | B.Sc Banking & Finance | CPM | FCAI
Mr. Oladipo Oluwatayo is the organizational backbone of King’s Care Universal School. As Registrar since 2018, he manages scholar records, academic documentation, admissions processing, and school financial operations with meticulous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to the smooth functioning of the institution. His background in financial economics brings both precision and strategic thinking to the administrative heart of the school.
Mrs. Akinola Yetunde Atinuke
Qualifications: MA English Studies, University of Ibadan | PGDE, University of Ilorin | MTRCN
Mrs. Yetunde Akinola is a literacy advocate, diction trainer, and experienced educational administrator whose career spans over fifteen years in Nigerian education. As Head of Schools, she provides strategic oversight across all academic departments — promoting quality teaching, strong professional standards, and a school culture where both staff and scholars are inspired to be their best. A former WAEC and NECO examiner, she brings examination insight and real-world academic rigor to her leadership role.
Mr. Elijah Ejiro Uduaghan
Qualifications: B.Sc Business Administration, University of Abuja | NCE, Federal College of Education Akoka
Mr. Elijah Uduaghan is a dependable and highly organized education professional who plays a critical supporting role in the Primary School’s daily operations. As Assistant Head of Primary, he coordinates academic activities, upholds discipline standards, and works closely with staff, pupils, and parents to maintain the structured and supportive learning environment that defines King’s Care Primary School. His commitment to order, consistency, and student welfare is a cornerstone of the Primary team.
Mr. Udeagbara Sylvanus Nonso
Qualifications: PGDE | BA Philosophy, Nnamdi Azikiwe University | MTRCN
Mr. Sylvanus Udeagbara ensures that the King’s Care school environment is always safe, well-maintained, and fit for the exceptional education that happens within it. As Facility Manager, he oversees the upkeep and optimization of all school facilities. As Sports Director, he leads the school’s athletics programs with passion and expertise — identifying talent, building physical confidence, and developing the competitive spirit that King’s Care scholars carry into every area of their lives.
